Shipping policy

We aim to ship every Cheeky Shorts order carefully and within the delivery estimate shown on the product page or at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is generally 7–12 business days after processing, unless a different estimate is shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may vary by destination, carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping destinations and fees

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. When free worldwide shipping is displayed on the storefront or at checkout, no standard shipping fee is charged for eligible orders. Any optional expedited service and its price will be shown before payment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number or link after the order is dispatched.

Addresses, customs, and import charges

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays or delivery problems

Carrier and customs delays can occur. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order appears lost or damaged in transit, contact cheekyshorts.store@gmail.com with your order number.
